I'm not sure how these guys have a 5-star rating. They raised our condo building and caused as much damage as they fixed.They did NOT get a permit, Austin tax code had to come and issue us a warning. They try to upcharge and take as much money from you as they can. Their concrete work to fix damage caused by raising was terrible. Don't know how to match concrete and made the building look awful. Overall, terrible business, customer service, quality of work, accountability, customer service. EVERYTHING about our experience was awful.
They came and created a sketch of the home's foundation measurents on a sheet of paper, unsigned and without any written explanation of what the measurements meant, and ultimately produced a quote to repair the driveway and sidewalk after a call was placed to a supervisor. However, this company cannot provide certification engineering letters. So why was it necessary to provide a "free" sketch with measurements of the homes foundation if they aren't a certified engineering foundation repair company?
FSS gave us a detailed description of what they were going to do to repair our concrete patio. The crew showed up on time and completed the work. They were very polite and professional. We would definitely hire them again.
FSS made a thorough assessment of the problem with my slab. Brian and Tracy came up with, I think, a perfect solution. both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and were very easy to work with. it is comforting to know that financing is available if needed.
Justin and his assistant showed up on time. They were very professional , courteous and personable. I especially like the way they paid particular attention to cleanup and to ensure that the work they did was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend them They went above and beyond.
