The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

From the initial meeting and assessment with Adrian to the install with Mark V, Danny, and Chris Garcia, FSS was professional, patient with questions, and great with communication. Mark, Danny, and Chris installed 15 piers in 1.5 days. They really took pride in doing good work and kept me informed on progress throughout the process. We had 8 piers replaced under out home by FSS. Clint S. Was our foreman and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Justin H and Jose N were also on the job and completed everything in a timely manner. They were able to lift the home and get everything much closer to level than before. Being aware of a lot of weight in the home and making sure not to damage anything inside was something the entire team was conscious of. Their tact and care was obvious. That being said, make sure to reread your contract and ensure that you're getting exactly what the salesman tells you, as we were slightly led astray and promised things verbally that weren't notated in the contract.
