Although my circumstances were unfortunate in needing foundation work done on my home, I did have the fortunate luck of having the best crew of Clem, Dylan, and Damien, come and complete the job. Even though there were a couple of unforeseen delays, Clem kept in constant contact with me to keep me updated, as well as explaining everything that was being done. The guys also went above and beyond to not disturb the landscaping or remove bushes, which would have definitely left an unsightly picture. If you find yourself needing foundation work, I highly recommend you request these gentlemen if at all possible. They made the experience a lot less painful to endure.

I contacted Foundation Support Specialists after noticing a couple of cracks on the walls in my home. I scheduled an appointment to inspect the foundation and possibly obtain a quote for repairs in the event damage was found. Ethan Hall arrived as scheduled and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the work that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable about their service and very polite. I accepted the quote and have scheduled a date for the work to be done. I will update my review once the work has been completed. There were no high-pressure sales pitches for unneeded work. I would recommend contacting Ethan if you have any foundation concerns.

We hired Foundation Support Specialists to raise the top of our steep driveway. Over 30 years, with erosion, the driveway had settled two inches below the level of the garage entry — enough to be annoying and possibly bad for our tires. After getting a reasonable bid from Taylor Holt, Justin and Austin came out today to do the work, which they did very well. By drilling small holes and injecting expanding foam, the driveway top was raised and is now aligned perfectly with the garage floor. They also replaced all the rotting, termite-infested (really!) 30-year old driveway expansion joints (many of which were missing) with a plastic composite and sealer which looks much better. The work was done quickly without any fuss — highly recommended!

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can’t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together. After the service they themselves asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, as well as were patient (after a long day of work) to answer any questions I had. Still a day or two after the work was completed FSS called to make sure everything was no less than satisfactory. As well as ask you specific questions to ensure the team that came out executed what they were expected to the company’s standards and if not so they can review it in their next meeting. I could tell FSS strives to be the best and are always looking to improve. FSS truly cares for you and ensures you’re left feeling good about the service. They’ll take care of your home as if it were their own.
