Foundation repair is a zero-fun project, but having folks who were willing to answer questions, check in with me, and let me know how things were going throughout the job, it felt a lot less stressful. The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

Austin came out to 2 of my properties and did an excellent job assessing my foundation situation. For free, he crawled into my tiny crawlspace during the hottest time in summer. With a great attitude he crawled wherever he needed to go even though it is filthy down there. I would of been upset to have to crawl in 100+ degree weather bumping into dead critters and such but Austin did it with a smile on his face. He found the exact spots that needed attention in not much time at all. I highly recommend Foundation Support Specialists for your foundation needs.

I was little panicky when I felt the front section of the home we purchased just a year ago dropped down cracking some of the interior wall. After shopping around for a competent company to fix my foundation I settled on FSS. Well, today, Cornell and his three men crew came and did a great job stabilizing my foundation. He explained what was needed, and gave a very good and fair price for all repairs. Aaron Hudson (crew foreman) and Zach Taylor were the specialist that did the work and they are GOOD! Professional and courteous from the start to finish. They explained everything, answered any questions we had, made us feel very comfortable, and they both were so nice, and they both do excellent work.
