The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

Now here is a novel approach as compared to the old concrete cylinder stacking, which I have tried twice already.. The inspector Edgar Garza, after doing a thorough assessment, explained that this is basically a permanent solution esp. in my area where the soil is mostly clay. They will push the metal piers all the way to the bedrock no matter how deep that is, sometimes up to 30 ft. deep! A stark contrast to the 6 ft deep cylinders and definitely a more solid solution..

What a wonderful experience we had with Foundation Support Specialist repairing our driveway. WOW! From start to finish wonderful job. John Latvatalo came and inspected drive. He explained what was needed, and gave a very good and fair price for all repairs. Aaron Hudson (crew foreman) and Zach Taylor were the specialist that did the work and they are GOOD! Professional and courteous from the start to finish. They explained everything, answered any questions we had, made us feel very comfortable, and they both were so nice, and they both do excellent work. I was little panicky when I felt the front section of the home we purchased just a year ago dropped down cracking some of the interior wall. After shopping around for a competent company to fix my foundation I settled on FSS. Well, today, Cornell and his three men crew came and did a great job stabilizing my foundation. They were courteous, professional, and above all patient in explaining to me what was done, how it affect my future improvements, etc. I am very happy to have chosen FSS.
