The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can’t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together. After the service they themselves asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, as well as were patient (after a long day of work) to answer any questions I had. Still a day or two after the work was completed FSS called to make sure everything was no less than satisfactory. As well as ask you specific questions to ensure the team that came out executed what they were expected to the company’s standards and if not so they can review it in their next meeting. I could tell FSS strives to be the best and are always looking to improve. FSS truly cares for you and ensures you’re left feeling good about the service. They’ll take care of your home as if it were their own.

We had 8 piers replaced under out home by FSS. Clint S. Was our foreman and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Justin H and Jose N were also on the job and completed everything in a timely manner. They were able to lift the home and get everything much closer to level than before. Being aware of a lot of weight in the home and making sure not to damage anything inside was something the entire team was conscious of. Their tact and care was obvious. That being said, make sure to reread your contract and ensure that you're getting exactly what the salesman tells you, as we were slightly led astray and promised things verbally that weren't notated in the contract.

The Forman and crew (Cornell-foreman, Lee and Zero) were great. Showed up on time and kept us informed on progress. Kept the disruption to a minimum (the moved a lot of dirt) but returned to normal when completed. Had issue with plumber who came to redirect main waterline but separate company. Had a Crack in my foundation going thru 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Foundation hadn't really moved so decided to do foam injection instead of piers and Jack's. On day of injection Kris and Angel called before showing up to give an ETA. Showed up early and explained all aspects of job to me and then got started. From start to finish was quick. Kris and Angel filled all holes to where you had to look real close to find them. Cleaned up area and left no mess at all. Very pleased with the professionalism of Kris and Angel and the job they did.

Everyone knows how this drought is affecting our roads, sidewalks and driveways. My driveway began sinking and when it was bad enough to trip a person making a delivery, I decided it was time to prevent a lawsuit by addressing the problem. Foundatiin Support Specialist came out and provided an estimate that included a 5 year warranty. We made an appt and they were on time and their staff was exceptionally professsional. The driveway started sinking again in a few months and after giving them a call they had a crew back out fixing the problem within the week. I would highly recommend this company for your foundation/driveway needs.

If you need foundation repair this is the company to call! I would like to commend Jay and Karl for their professionalism and customer service while fixing the wrap around deck of my 20 year old home. I was late getting home and they had already consulted with my wife prior to starting work. When I got home I was greeted by Karl who gave me a quick rundown on how the work was going. Jay also showed me how they had already fixed the worst area of the deck and were stabilizing what remained. I felt I was in good hands because they were so happy in what they were doing and had such great attitudes about the work. Their enthusiasm in their job was refreshing to see. I would also like to thank Ethan for coming out for the initial inspection and explaining how the job would go. Both Ethan and Jay explained the 5 year warranty and how it works.

Another company told me that my driveway slabs were too steep and that putting polyurethane under it to level it out would result in cracking the concrete, therefore they wouldn’t do it.On the other hand, Casey came out and thoroughly explained their process and reassured me that their guys have done worse driveways. I got a veterans discount on the project, and the 5-year warranty assured me that my investment is protected.On the day of work James and Austin came out and explained the project, got to work, checked up with me when they finished the fill, and then it was a quick couple of signatures. I really appreciate the fast work (1.5 hours from start to finish) and my driveway is so much nicer to drive and park on. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results!
