Everyone knows how this drought is affecting our roads, sidewalks and driveways. My driveway began sinking and when it was bad enough to trip a person making a delivery, I decided it was time to prevent a lawsuit by addressing the problem. Foundatiin Support Specialist came out and provided an estimate that included a 5 year warranty. We made an appt and they were on time and their staff was exceptionally professsional. The driveway started sinking again in a few months and after giving them a call they had a crew back out fixing the problem within the week. I would highly recommend this company for your foundation/driveway needs.

Now here is a novel approach as compared to the old concrete cylinder stacking, which I have tried twice already.. The inspector Edgar Garza, after doing a thorough assessment, explained that this is basically a permanent solution esp. in my area where the soil is mostly clay. They will push the metal piers all the way to the bedrock no matter how deep that is, sometimes up to 30 ft. deep! A stark contrast to the 6 ft deep cylinders and definitely a more solid solution..

I have a 1912 house that was still sitting on cedar posts. After 100+ years, they finally shifted enough for me to want to replace them. Foundation Support Specialists explained the process and did a great job. They also installed a French drain to protect the new piers. Douglas was the crew leader, and he really knows his stuff. He did a wonderful job of keeping me informed throughout the job.

Had a Crack in my foundation going thru 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Foundation hadn't really moved so decided to do foam injection instead of piers and Jack's. On day of injection Kris and Angel called before showing up to give an ETA. Showed up early and explained all aspects of job to me and then got started. From start to finish was quick. Kris and Angel filled all holes to where you had to look real close to find them. Cleaned up area and left no mess at all. Very pleased with the professionalism of Kris and Angel and the job they did.

Another company told me that my driveway slabs were too steep and that putting polyurethane under it to level it out would result in cracking the concrete, therefore they wouldn’t do it.On the other hand, Casey came out and thoroughly explained their process and reassured me that their guys have done worse driveways. I got a veterans discount on the project, and the 5-year warranty assured me that my investment is protected.On the day of work James and Austin came out and explained the project, got to work, checked up with me when they finished the fill, and then it was a quick couple of signatures. I really appreciate the fast work (1.5 hours from start to finish) and my driveway is so much nicer to drive and park on. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results!

Austin came out to 2 of my properties and did an excellent job assessing my foundation situation. For free, he crawled into my tiny crawlspace during the hottest time in summer. With a great attitude he crawled wherever he needed to go even though it is filthy down there. I would of been upset to have to crawl in 100+ degree weather bumping into dead critters and such but Austin did it with a smile on his face. He found the exact spots that needed attention in not much time at all. I highly recommend Foundation Support Specialists for your foundation needs.

Everyone has been great at FSS! Victor was knowledgeable when sharing the options and initial site inspection and John, Nick, and Thomas executed the work fast and flawless. The repair exceeded my expectations and we were able to successfully lift my bathroom almost a full 4 inches back to its nominal ground plane!My stuck doors were immediately fixed, and many of the wide drywall cracks were visibly healed in place. As an engineer myself, I appreciate the incredible engineering and technology that went into this repair. It was fast, and effective.10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!

Foundation repair is a zero-fun project, but having folks who were willing to answer questions, check in with me, and let me know how things were going throughout the job, it felt a lot less stressful. Justin H and Jose N were also on the job and completed everything in a timely manner. They were able to lift the home and get everything much closer to level than before. Being aware of a lot of weight in the home and making sure not to damage anything inside was something the entire team was conscious of. Their tact and care was obvious. That being said, make sure to reread your contract and ensure that you're getting exactly what the salesman tells you, as we were slightly led astray and promised things verbally that weren't notated in the contract.

I set up an appointment for a company representative to look at the common driveway area of the townhouse complex where I live. This driveway is 47 years old with many unsightly cracks, an uneven surface, and showing definite foundation issues. Austin Green represented this company and was very punctual for our appointment. He took time to carefully measure the driveway area, study the problems he noted and he did this in the sweltering heat of Houston! He then spent time with my neighbor and myself to explain what he had found and reviewed all options for repair that are available. I was very impressed with Austin's professionalism and his explanation of how work would be completed, depending on how we ( as a townhome community) wanted to proceed. He also showed my neighbor and myself some excellent videos, which helped us to understand the work which would be done. Austin is preparing a bid quote for us on the different options and even offered to meet with our townhome association to help all residents understand the work involved! Austin is very knowledgeable, and professional and I look forward to working with him and FSS as we continue with this community project!

The drive way and side walk had shifted over 9” in one location and looked off enough to create stress from potential home buyers and investors. Jarred took care of demonstrating my home foundation was stable, and broke out what they could do to make repairs on my walkway and driveway. Justin and Ryan did excellent work as well as presenting themselves as experts in their craft and very professionally. We hired Foundation Support Specialists to raise the top of our steep driveway. Over 30 years, with erosion, the driveway had settled two inches below the level of the garage entry — enough to be annoying and possibly bad for our tires. After getting a reasonable bid from Taylor Holt, Justin and Austin came out today to do the work, which they did very well. By drilling small holes and injecting expanding foam, the driveway top was raised and is now aligned perfectly with the garage floor. They also replaced all the rotting, termite-infested (really!) 30-year old driveway expansion joints (many of which were missing) with a plastic composite and sealer which looks much better. The work was done quickly without any fuss — highly recommended!
