This exterior sign indicates that there is a crack in the foundation and things are beginning to slope away. These cracks tend to happen at the site of the problem.

5. Moisture Infiltration

If you see a white powdery substance called efflorescence, it can be a sign of a weak foundation. This excess moisture dissolves salt and concrete binders, which creates this powder. The salts move with the moisture to create this powder.
