Foundation Support Specialists helped me reset the value of my home. The drive way and side walk had shifted over 9” in one location and looked off enough to create stress from potential home buyers and investors. Jarred took care of demonstrating my home foundation was stable, and broke out what they could do to make repairs on my walkway and driveway. Justin and Ryan did excellent work as well as presenting themselves as experts in their craft and very professionally. I highly recommend this organization if you are looking to get the job done right the first time!

We hired Foundation Support Specialists to raise the top of our steep driveway. Over 30 years, with erosion, the driveway had settled two inches below the level of the garage entry — enough to be annoying and possibly bad for our tires. After getting a reasonable bid from Taylor Holt, Justin and Austin came out today to do the work, which they did very well. By drilling small holes and injecting expanding foam, the driveway top was raised and is now aligned perfectly with the garage floor. They also replaced all the rotting, termite-infested (really!) 30-year old driveway expansion joints (many of which were missing) with a plastic composite and sealer which looks much better. The work was done quickly without any fuss — highly recommended!

We had 8 piers replaced under out home by FSS. Clint S. Was our foreman and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Justin H and Jose N were also on the job and completed everything in a timely manner. They were able to lift the home and get everything much closer to level than before. Being aware of a lot of weight in the home and making sure not to damage anything inside was something the entire team was conscious of. Their tact and care was obvious. That being said, make sure to reread your contract and ensure that you're getting exactly what the salesman tells you, as we were slightly led astray and promised things verbally that weren't notated in the contract.

Stephen, Mark V., Earle, and Craig were great – super communicative, helpful in answering questions, and they kept me in the loop at every step of the project. Foundation repair is a zero-fun project, but having folks who were willing to answer questions, check in with me, and let me know how things were going throughout the job, it felt a lot less stressful. They were even careful and did their best to keep my landscaping together and put everything back how it was when they were finished. And they were FAST. Would definitely recommend this crew to others.

Another company told me that my driveway slabs were too steep and that putting polyurethane under it to level it out would result in cracking the concrete, therefore they wouldn’t do it.On the other hand, Casey came out and thoroughly explained their process and reassured me that their guys have done worse driveways. I got a veterans discount on the project, and the 5-year warranty assured me that my investment is protected.On the day of work James and Austin came out and explained the project, got to work, checked up with me when they finished the fill, and then it was a quick couple of signatures. I really appreciate the fast work (1.5 hours from start to finish) and my driveway is so much nicer to drive and park on. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results!

update: just got a call from the owner who said he can fit me in ASAP. They send an email 1 day before as a reminder. If you don't catch it and return with a confirmation. They cancel the appoinment you have had for a month and arranged to be off work for. They don't call you again to tell you they did this. They just don't show up.

After inspection the result was conclusive that I had no foundation issue. He was able to put my mind in ease. I highly recommend working with Will!
