I contacted Foundation Support Specialists after noticing a couple of cracks on the walls in my home. I scheduled an appointment to inspect the foundation and possibly obtain a quote for repairs in the event damage was found. Ethan Hall arrived as scheduled and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the work that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable about their service and very polite. I accepted the quote and have scheduled a date for the work to be done. I will update my review once the work has been completed. There were no high-pressure sales pitches for unneeded work. I would recommend contacting Ethan if you have any foundation concerns.

The drive way and side walk had shifted over 9” in one location and looked off enough to create stress from potential home buyers and investors. Jarred took care of demonstrating my home foundation was stable, and broke out what they could do to make repairs on my walkway and driveway. Everyone knows how this drought is affecting our roads, sidewalks and driveways. My driveway began sinking and when it was bad enough to trip a person making a delivery, I decided it was time to prevent a lawsuit by addressing the problem. Foundatiin Support Specialist came out and provided an estimate that included a 5 year warranty. We made an appt and they were on time and their staff was exceptionally professsional. The driveway started sinking again in a few months and after giving them a call they had a crew back out fixing the problem within the week. I would highly recommend this company for your foundation/driveway needs.

Now here is a novel approach as compared to the old concrete cylinder stacking, which I have tried twice already.. The inspector Edgar Garza, after doing a thorough assessment, explained that this is basically a permanent solution esp. in my area where the soil is mostly clay. They will push the metal piers all the way to the bedrock no matter how deep that is, sometimes up to 30 ft. deep! A stark contrast to the 6 ft deep cylinders and definitely a more solid solution..

We saw a couple of cracks in our walls and were concerned about our foundation. We called Foundation Support Specialists. They responded quickly. When Jonathan showed up, he was on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He spent almost 2 hours checking every inch. His honesty and integrity was evident when he said there were absolutely no foundation issues. He did make a couple of recommendations for aesthetic fixes.
