We're making great progress on this foundation repair project for our customer. Here is one of our crew members using a hydraulic pump to push the steel piers until they hit bedrock. Those the machine is tiny, it does amazing work to stabilize foundations.
Today we are starting on a new foundation repair project for Mr. Diaz. We'll be installing 10 steel piers along the left side of his house. Essentially the left half of the foundation was experiencing settlement, while the other side was not. Here is some of the crew preparing the holes for the pier installation.
Today we finished a foundation repair project for Mr. McClelland. When he first called us, he had already been through two other companies who gave him a stressful time about completing these crucial home repairs. We installed 20 steel piers along the front of the house and a few at his back door. Once the house was lifted and stabilized, we used a polyurethane foam to lift the top of his driveway to be flush with the newly stabilized house. Our repairs prevent further settlement and our lifetime warranty gives peace of mind. We hope we eliminated the stress of foundation repair for our customer!
Some of the crews couldn't go out today due to the rain today. The rain is delaying some of our foundation repair projects, but customers can still call and schedule a free estimate or send us a message here: https://www.foundationsupportspecialists.com/contact-us/
Completed a quick foundation repair project for a customer in Seguin, TX today. We instslled 3 steel piers to support a concrete slab with a pergola attached to it. It was experiencing significant settlement. We lifted it 3 inches and it will not be shifting anymore.
