The installers overly communicated with us letting us know what time they would be here and talked us through the process where they would be leveling and built out a plan to get it where we needed to.

Now here is a novel approach as compared to the old concrete cylinder stacking, which I have tried twice already.. The inspector Edgar Garza, after doing a thorough assessment, explained that this is basically a permanent solution esp. in my area where the soil is mostly clay. They will push the metal piers all the way to the bedrock no matter how deep that is, sometimes up to 30 ft. deep! A stark contrast to the 6 ft deep cylinders and definitely a more solid solution..
