We purchased our retirement home a year ago, and knew there had been foundation repairs. However, nothing prepared us for major headache of getting the warranty honored from the other company. Thus, we decided to get 3 estimates and settled on Foundation Support Specialists. From the initial consultation from Jay Brooks to the crew of Jose N, Tyler C, and Ricky R; we are thrilled with our results. The crew was respectful of our home and the fact that we had done so much landscaping around the house. Don’t settle for the cheapest bid, but the best company.

Where do I begin… From the moment I had my free inspection I knew this company was different than all the others. But Being sold on a job doesn't mean that the work will match the sales pitch. I am happy to report that I had a 5 star experience with FSS and have even recommended them to another friend. Jay did my foam stabilizer and he was so personable and respectful. He was very communicative with me and was a joy to work with. Alex, LJ, and Angel did so much work! These guys were so cool and such hard workers. They did my sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. Alex spoke with me DAILY to make sure I was aware of what they were doing and even provided photos to keep me abreast of how the job was going. Finally, Lee and Zro did the soil injections. They worked fast and thorough. Lee was an absolute gentleman and made sure i was informed on what they were doing and why. Foundation work is such an expensive headache but this company makes you feel that it's worth it! If you are looking for this best, look no further than FSS.

We had Foundation Support Specialists out to our home today to repair several cracks in our driveway. There was Aaron Hudson and Zach Taylor who did the work. And it was an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair work. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, pleasant and the best manners. He went through our home and took all the needed measurements and explained in detail what needs to be done to correct our foundation problems. He was very professional and took the time to ensure we understood the problem and what it would take to resolve problem. This is a first class company and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs.

Although my circumstances were unfortunate in needing foundation work done on my home, I did have the fortunate luck of having the best crew of Clem, Dylan, and Damien, come and complete the job. Even though there were a couple of unforeseen delays, Clem kept in constant contact with me to keep me updated, as well as explaining everything that was being done. The guys also went above and beyond to not disturb the landscaping or remove bushes, which would have definitely left an unsightly picture. If you find yourself needing foundation work, I highly recommend you request these gentlemen if at all possible. They made the experience a lot less painful to endure.
