update: just got a call from the owner who said he can fit me in ASAP. They send an email 1 day before as a reminder. If you don't catch it and return with a confirmation. They cancel the appoinment you have had for a month and arranged to be off work for. They don't call you again to tell you they did this. They just don't show up.

Everyone knows how this drought is affecting our roads, sidewalks and driveways. My driveway began sinking and when it was bad enough to trip a person making a delivery, I decided it was time to prevent a lawsuit by addressing the problem. Foundatiin Support Specialist came out and provided an estimate that included a 5 year warranty. We made an appt and they were on time and their staff was exceptionally professsional. The driveway started sinking again in a few months and after giving them a call they had a crew back out fixing the problem within the week. I would highly recommend this company for your foundation/driveway needs.

I contacted Foundation Support Specialists after noticing a couple of cracks on the walls in my home. I scheduled an appointment to inspect the foundation and possibly obtain a quote for repairs in the event damage was found. Ethan Hall arrived as scheduled and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the work that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable about their service and very polite. I accepted the quote and have scheduled a date for the work to be done. I will update my review once the work has been completed. There were no high-pressure sales pitches for unneeded work. I would recommend contacting Ethan if you have any foundation concerns.

I set up an appointment for a company representative to look at the common driveway area of the townhouse complex where I live. This driveway is 47 years old with many unsightly cracks, an uneven surface, and showing definite foundation issues. Austin Green represented this company and was very punctual for our appointment. He took time to carefully measure the driveway area, study the problems he noted and he did this in the sweltering heat of Houston! He then spent time with my neighbor and myself to explain what he had found and reviewed all options for repair that are available. I was very impressed with Austin's professionalism and his explanation of how work would be completed, depending on how we ( as a townhome community) wanted to proceed. He also showed my neighbor and myself some excellent videos, which helped us to understand the work which would be done. Austin is preparing a bid quote for us on the different options and even offered to meet with our townhome association to help all residents understand the work involved! Austin is very knowledgeable, and professional and I look forward to working with him and FSS as we continue with this community project!

Where do I begin… From the moment I had my free inspection I knew this company was different than all the others. But Being sold on a job doesn't mean that the work will match the sales pitch. I am happy to report that I had a 5 star experience with FSS and have even recommended them to another friend. Jay did my foam stabilizer and he was so personable and respectful. He was very communicative with me and was a joy to work with. Alex, LJ, and Angel did so much work! These guys were so cool and such hard workers. They did my sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulation. Alex spoke with me DAILY to make sure I was aware of what they were doing and even provided photos to keep me abreast of how the job was going. Finally, Lee and Zro did the soil injections. They worked fast and thorough. Lee was an absolute gentleman and made sure i was informed on what they were doing and why. Foundation work is such an expensive headache but this company makes you feel that it's worth it! If you are looking for this best, look no further than FSS.

We had Foundation Support Specialists out to our home today to repair several cracks in our driveway. There was Aaron Hudson and Zach Taylor who did the work. And it was an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair work. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, pleasant and the best manners. A shout out to John Latvatalo for his professional service also. Thank you very much for all you did.
