update: just got a call from the owner who said he can fit me in ASAP. They send an email 1 day before as a reminder. If you don't catch it and return with a confirmation. They cancel the appoinment you have had for a month and arranged to be off work for. They don't call you again to tell you they did this. They just don't show up.

I have a 1912 house that was still sitting on cedar posts. After 100+ years, they finally shifted enough for me to want to replace them. Foundation Support Specialists explained the process and did a great job. They also installed a French drain to protect the new piers. Douglas was the crew leader, and he really knows his stuff. He did a wonderful job of keeping me informed throughout the job.

Are you losing sleep worrying about foundation concerns, or noticed something you are having trouble ignoring? Stop avoiding and just call Christian Fore with Foundation Support Specialists, full stop. He came out today to my home to provide a foundation inspection to address concerns I had about some cracking in floors, above windows. He spent about two hours inspecting my home, collecting data, so he could show BY THE DATA what he likely knew was going on 1minute after he walked in the door – nothing. That’s right nothing. He then went the extra step and explained why I am seeing what I am seeing, and what I could do about it just from a cosmetic maintenance perspective- but happily let me know no major repairs would be appropriate for my home. I am very appreciative of his professional, kind attitude: he was on time, called prior to arrival, and got to work straight away after making sure I had no questions, was respectful and courteous, I can’t recommend him enough for anyone concerned about potential foundation problems. Thank you Christian Fore, you are appreciated!

I set up an appointment for a company representative to look at the common driveway area of the townhouse complex where I live. This driveway is 47 years old with many unsightly cracks, an uneven surface, and showing definite foundation issues. Austin Green represented this company and was very punctual for our appointment. He took time to carefully measure the driveway area, study the problems he noted and he did this in the sweltering heat of Houston! He then spent time with my neighbor and myself to explain what he had found and reviewed all options for repair that are available. I was very impressed with Austin's professionalism and his explanation of how work would be completed, depending on how we ( as a townhome community) wanted to proceed. He also showed my neighbor and myself some excellent videos, which helped us to understand the work which would be done. Austin is preparing a bid quote for us on the different options and even offered to meet with our townhome association to help all residents understand the work involved! Austin is very knowledgeable, and professional and I look forward to working with him and FSS as we continue with this community project!

Everyone has been great at FSS! Victor was knowledgeable when sharing the options and initial site inspection and John, Nick, and Thomas executed the work fast and flawless. The repair exceeded my expectations and we were able to successfully lift my bathroom almost a full 4 inches back to its nominal ground plane!My stuck doors were immediately fixed, and many of the wide drywall cracks were visibly healed in place. As an engineer myself, I appreciate the incredible engineering and technology that went into this repair. It was fast, and effective.10/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!
