I have a 1912 house that was still sitting on cedar posts. After 100+ years, they finally shifted enough for me to want to replace them. Foundation Support Specialists explained the process and did a great job. They also installed a French drain to protect the new piers. Douglas was the crew leader, and he really knows his stuff. He did a wonderful job of keeping me informed throughout the job.

We saw a couple of cracks in our walls and were concerned about our foundation. We called Foundation Support Specialists. They responded quickly. When Jonathan showed up, he was on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. He spent almost 2 hours checking every inch. His honesty and integrity was evident when he said there were absolutely no foundation issues. He did make a couple of recommendations for aesthetic fixes. If you need foundation repair this is the company to call! I would like to commend Jay and Karl for their professionalism and customer service while fixing the wrap around deck of my 20 year old home. I was late getting home and they had already consulted with my wife prior to starting work. When I got home I was greeted by Karl who gave me a quick rundown on how the work was going. Jay also showed me how they had already fixed the worst area of the deck and were stabilizing what remained. I felt I was in good hands because they were so happy in what they were doing and had such great attitudes about the work. Their enthusiasm in their job was refreshing to see. I would also like to thank Ethan for coming out for the initial inspection and explaining how the job would go. Both Ethan and Jay explained the 5 year warranty and how it works.

We had our sinking driveway leveled in 2022. They did an amazing job, but I’m mostly impressed with the warranty FSS provides. Each year they come to adjust any settling that has occurred. Matthew Keller was here yesterday to make sure all was well. There was no additional settling despite the extreme drought. There were 2 neighbors who came and asked him to come look at their driveways. Matthew was so very kind and took the time to meet with everyone requesting his time. 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate for the amazing service we’ve received from FSS

Austin came out to 2 of my properties and did an excellent job assessing my foundation situation. For free, he crawled into my tiny crawlspace during the hottest time in summer. With a great attitude he crawled wherever he needed to go even though it is filthy down there. I would of been upset to have to crawl in 100+ degree weather bumping into dead critters and such but Austin did it with a smile on his face. He found the exact spots that needed attention in not much time at all. I highly recommend Foundation Support Specialists for your foundation needs.

I was little panicky when I felt the front section of the home we purchased just a year ago dropped down cracking some of the interior wall. After shopping around for a competent company to fix my foundation I settled on FSS. Well, today, Cornell and his three men crew came and did a great job stabilizing my foundation. They were courteous, professional, and above all patient in explaining to me what was done, how it affect my future improvements, etc. I am very happy to have chosen FSS.
